Design
The shirt is a red cotton-poly blend in crew neck style. CrossFit 818 is stated in two-tone varsity lettering along the front left seam of the shirt. The back features a silhouette of an athlete accomplishing triple extension during a snatch in the background with "You can have results or excuses, but not both." written in the foreground. The text is two-tone, multidirectional varsity lettering that intentionally highlights the two operative words "results" and "excuses."
Coach’s Comments
A bold red shirt with a bold statement to make. The "results or excuses" quotation was popularized by Arnold Schwarzenegger and lives on to this day as a dividing line between people who are willing to do whatever it takes to achieve their goals and those who will not.
