Effective October 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Affiliate Shirts (“Affiliate Shirts,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit affiliateshirts.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.
We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use the Site. The information we receive falls into three categories. Usage information is collected automatically through Google Analytics when you browse the Site, as described in Section 3. Technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, and device type, is received by the service providers that deliver the Site, as described in Section 6. Submission information is provided voluntarily when you email us a shirt submission, as described in Section 7.
We do not sell your personal information.
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies, which are small text files stored by your browser, to distinguish visitors and sessions. The Site sets two Google Analytics cookies, named _ga and _ga_DQVJXYRXKJ, which may remain in your browser for up to two years unless you delete them.
Through these cookies, Google Analytics collects information such as the pages you visit, the time and duration of your visit, the website that referred you, your browser and device type, and your approximate location, which Google derives from your IP address. We receive this information only in aggregate reports and do not use it to identify individual visitors. Google Analytics retains data associated with these cookies for 14 months from your most recent visit to the Site. Aggregate reports, which do not identify individual visitors, may be retained longer.
For information about how Google uses data collected on sites that use its services, see “How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services” at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You may prevent Google Analytics from collecting your information by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by blocking or deleting cookies through your browser settings.
The Site does not use Google Analytics for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. When the Site detects that your device is set to a European time zone, the analytics code does not load. This check is performed on your device and no information is sent. As an additional safeguard, the Site instructs Google not to set analytics or advertising cookies for visitors Google locates in those regions.
In addition to cookies, the Site uses your browser’s storage to provide certain features. This information remains on your device and is not sent to us.
When you mark a design as a favorite or as one you own, the Site records that choice in your browser’s local storage so your selection is shown on return visits. Clearing your browser data removes these records.
Each vote also updates an anonymous count stored with Firebase, a service provided by Google LLC. These counts contain only the number of votes for each design and no information about who voted.
The interactive map records your map position in your browser’s session storage so that you can return to the same view. This information is deleted when you close the browser tab. The map service, Mapbox, also stores a randomly generated identifier in your browser’s local storage, which it uses to calculate aggregate usage statistics.
The Site relies on the following service providers. Each receives technical information, including your IP address, when your browser connects to it, and each processes that information under its own privacy policy.
Hostinger hosts the Site. https://www.hostinger.com/legal/privacy-policy
Cloudflare delivers and protects the Site and routes email sent to Site addresses. https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/
Google provides Google Analytics, Firebase, and the fonts used on the Site. https://policies.google.com/privacy
Mapbox provides the interactive map on the map page. Mapbox receives your IP address and information about your browser and device, and states that it retains IP addresses in its server logs for 30 days. https://www.mapbox.com/legal/privacy
If you email us a shirt submission, we receive your name, your email address, the photographs you send, and any other information you include. We use your email address only to correspond with you about your submission. We do not share it with anyone other than the email providers that deliver it to us, and we do not add it to any mailing list.
If we publish a submitted photograph, we credit it with your first name and the initial of your last name. You may ask us at any time to remove your name from a credit, and we will do so.
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting or similar signals. The Site does not respond to these signals.
The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised policy on this page with a new effective date. If we make a material change, we will also place a prominent notice on this page.
Questions about this Privacy Policy, or requests concerning your information, may be sent to [email protected].
