Design

Coach’s Comments
CrossFit workouts are tough, there's no doubt about that. Most athletes follow diets, such as Paleo, that fuel performance while maintaining weight. Beer doesn't fit most people's macronutrient goals. That being said, this shirt is a nod to the fact that straying from a strict diet now and then is just fine. If your workout left you jacked and juicy, then you have earned a cold one!
