Design

A military green heather crew neck shirt. The gym's logo fills the chest as a glossy print: oversized, blocky red "4P" characters with "CrossFit" in white above them and "Four" and "Peaks" in white across the 4 and the P. Between the two words, a black silhouette of an athlete holds a barbell overhead at the bottom of a squat. The right sleeve carries a subdued black American flag. "COACH" runs across the upper back in heavy black slab-serif capitals.

Coach’s Comments

Military green, a subdued flag and one word in heavy block letters across the back. Take away the red CF4P logo and this could pass for PT gear. That resemblance has roots. Soldiers, police officers and firefighters were among CrossFit's earliest adopters, and the Hero workouts named for fallen servicemembers and first responders are still programmed in boxes around the world. The uniform suits the job, too. A coach sets the standard, keeps class on schedule and pushes their athletes to their full potential.
