A solid black crew neck printed in gray ink. The print borrows the Corona Extra beer label: a crown sits above "Crossfit" in blackletter type, with only the C capitalized, and "four peaks" takes the place of "Extra" in smaller blackletter beneath it. The right sleeve carries an American flag alongside the words "Fountain Hills, AZ."
Coach’s Comments
The first two sentences of CrossFit's "World-Class Fitness in 100 Words" are about diet: "Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat." Beer may not be included in the general health guideline, but an ice-cold one can often be earned after a challenging workout.
