A black crew neck printed in white ink with a gold accent, laid out like a team jersey. "COACH" runs across the chest in heavy block capitals, with the gym's striped emblem set above the H. "JEWEL CITY CROSSFIT" sits beneath it in small, widely spaced capitals, and a thin gold rule leads to a block-numeral "13" at the right, its white filled with a fine pattern of dots. The back stacks the same elements larger and centered, with the emblem at the top, the gym's name over "COACH," then the gold rule and an oversized "13." The white ink on the back shows fine cracking from wear.
Almost every box has a specific shirt for its coaches. This one borrows from the locker room. The block lettering, the gold stripe and the number front and back resemble a team jersey. Much like in baseball, the coaches and athletes wore the same uniform. The 13 is a nod to 2013, the year the gym opened in Glendale. Every coach who pulled on a shirt like this has led people down a path of better fitness.
